Tamarind Natural Dining is the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, offering buffet breakfast and lunch spreads that showcase healthy takes on international cuisine as well as a well-stocked section of tempting “naughty bites”, and an extensive a la carte menu. The restaurant is further renowned for its themed buffets, with the Friday Seafood Dinner Buffet and indulgent Sunday Brunch being particular crowd-pleasers for both guests of the resort and locals alike.

Executive Chef Christoph Trocker hails from Austria and has enjoyed an impressive 20 plus-years career at some of the leading hotels and resorts in Europe, the Middle East and most recently, Asia. His culinary philosophy is to harmonise local ingredients and international flavours to create highly original yet authentic cuisine.
