This August, Khum Hom proudly presents ‘Dao Ruek’ – The Constellation, a heartwarming family-sharing menu crafted to honour mothers as the guiding stars of every home.

Recipe by renowned Head Chef Ian Kittichai, this special three-course experience invites families to gather and reconnect over refined Thai flavours, thoughtfully inspired by the diverse culinary heritage of Thailand.

The ‘Dao Ruek’ family-sharing menu is priced at THB 2,600++ per set for three persons.

The journey begins with elegant appetisers:
• Yum Som-O Puu Nim – crispy soft-shell crab paired with refreshing pomelo salad
• Kao Tung Na Puu – savoury rice crackers topped with rich Andaman crab relish

The main course features a symphony of regional delights, including:
• Gaeng Ran Juan pork ribs with lotus stem and crispy lotus root
• Spicy coconut curry with crispy duck confit
• Turmeric-marinated Andaman grouper with house-made watermelon pickle

For dessert, indulge in Inthanin Piak Poon – a soft pandan pudding with coconut cream and ice cream, ending the experience on a beautifully nostalgic note.
