A MICHELIN-recommended Thai restaurant inside the resort

Khum Hom Restaurant

‘Khum’ means a bite-sized portion in Thai and ‘Hom’ means aromatic — a promise of dishes that are fragrant and full of flavour. Khum Hom has been one of Bangkok’s most iconic Thai restaurants since 2020, and its place in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026 makes it a destination in its own right, for hotel guests and for anyone looking for a Thai restaurant in Bangkok worth crossing the city for.

“In Thailand, food is a fundamental part of our culture,” says Chef Ian. At Khum Hom that means premium ingredients from local farmers and producers across the country, classic regional recipes refined with a contemporary touch, and cooking that is light, bright and vibrant — in step with the resort’s wellness philosophy.

Signature dishes from across Thailand

Thai Fine Dining in Bangkok

  • Mhee Pak Panang — Southern-style stir-fried noodles tossed in dried chilli sauce and fragrant garlic, gently sweet at first with a soft, lingering tang.
  • Yum Hua Plee Pla Fu — crisp banana blossom salad with a smoky roasted-chilli dressing, served with grilled dried fish, as cherished in Thai home kitchens.
  • Kang-Kao Puek — silky taro paste wrapped around seasoned shrimp, a dish once prized as a delicacy of the royal court in the early Rattanakosin era.
  • Kanom Ta Yab — a nostalgic pandan crêpe filled with young coconut and palm sugar, served with sankaya custard and lightly salted coconut cream.

Menus for every visit

Choose from the à la carte Khum Hom Menu — starters, soups, curries, mains, a full vegetarian and plant-based section and traditional Thai desserts — or the Ahan Chan Deaw single-dish menu for an easy lunch. For the full journey, the Discovery and Experience set menus move through the regions course by course, with a dedicated Vegetarian set menu.
