• The buffet includes seafood on ice, a salad bar, a sashimi and sushi station, Thai and international cuisine, and more.
• Six premium menu cooked a la minute:

Poached River Prawn Tom Yum Foam: Locally sourced Poached Ayutthaya River Prawn, delicately infused with concentrated Tom Yum Sauce and topped with a tantalizing foam. 

Seared Hokkaido Scallop with XO Sauce: Hokkaido scallops, seared to perfection and served with Norish’s special XO sauce and tender bok choy. 

Crispy German Pork Knuckle: Thai-favorite German Pork Knuckle, served with glazed baby carrots, mashed purple potatoes, and a decadent beer gravy. 

Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin with Topinambur Puree: Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin, accompanied by Jerusalem artichoke purée, tomato Frito, red wine reduction, and shimeji mushrooms. 

In addition to the delicious food, the brunch also includes complimentary access to the pool and kids room. There is also a mini canvas activity, making it a perfect family day out.
