For three nights only, Chef Richard Toix from Le Charlie restaurant in France and Chef Ian Kittchai from Khum Hom will curate a delightful culinary experience for gastronomic adventurers. The menu will honours culinary traditions of Thailand and France, brought to life by both chefs with the highest quality ingredients sources from the two countries.
Guests may choose between five-course and seven-course tasting menus. Wine pairing options are available to complement each course. Dinner service begins at 6.30 pm each evening from 12-14 November 2025.
